Lapis Lazuli is a beautiful stone of love, communication and harmony.

Lapis Lazuli has been a prized gemstone amongst many peoples for over 6,000 years. The Egyptians used it to create amulets of the Goddess of Truth. Cleopatra was believed to have crushed it and used it as eye shadow. The Sumerian Goddess of Love was portrayed with a Lapis rod and wearing jewelry made of Lapis as she entered the underworld. A deep pigment called 'ultramarine' was derived from powdered Lapis Lazuli, and was heavily popular in the Middle Ages.
